This place was super clean. the room was all neat and the bed? Oh, so comfy! I loved having control over the room's temperature and knowing my stuff was safe in the safe. Plus, having a variety of TV channels was a nice touch. 📺

My recent stay at Ciq Hotel At Jalan Trus was fantastic! The location is excellent, right opposite city square and famous restaurants just down the street. The hotel itself is cute and clean, exactly as it looks in the photos. The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to assist me. I had a small issue with the room door latch and ventilation, but the staff resolved it promptly. I had a great experience and would definitely recommend this hotel for short stays.

The staff were exceptional! They went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. We had a stressful journey and they helped us out with everything we needed. The location was great too, just a short walk away from the main mall and train station. The bed and pillow were incredibly comfortable and we slept like babies.
